Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges are only possible if the following conditions are met:

• return takes place within 14 days after the customer received the product(s) and upon presentation of the original invoice.
• the product is returned in the original packaging or with the original (price/brand) tags still attached to it. 
• the product has not been used and is in original state (no damage, no signs of usage and with original price and brand tags still attached to it).
• Discounted items can be returned or exchanged.
• The transport costs for returning these items are on behalf of the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
